The safest way to save all Snapchat Memories is to complete the in-app backup first. Then, request a Memories-only download from Snapchat’s My Data page. This gives you a separate copy outside the Snapchat app.
Step 1: Check that your Memories are backed up
Before downloading anything, confirm that Snapchat has backed up every Memory. This is especially important before changing phones, logging out, or deleting the app.

Can I save all my Snapchat Memories at once?
Yes. Snapchat can prepare all available Memories as one account export. However, the result is a ZIP archive rather than a folder added directly to your phone’s Camera Roll.
After downloading the archive, extract it before organizing the files. Open several photos and videos from different years to confirm that the export works correctly. You can then keep one copy on your computer and another on an external drive or trusted cloud service.
The export only includes data that Snapchat still has for your account. Deleted, expired, or unsuccessfully backed-up Memories may not be included. Request the archive while you can still access your account.
Is there a way to mass save photos on Snapchat?
Yes. Snapchat supports batch selection when you want to export a group of photos. For a large library, an account export is easier than selecting items repeatedly inside the app.

Snapchat does not use one fixed item-count limit for Memories. Storage is measured by the total size of your photos and videos. Two accounts with the same number of Memories can use very different amounts of space.
A collection containing long or high-quality videos will reach its storage allowance sooner. A collection containing mostly compressed photos may hold many more items. This is why Snapchat shows storage in gigabytes instead of providing a maximum photo count.
